Puzzle Matsuri 利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Nagi Lab（以下「当方」）が提供する Android アプリ「Puzzle Matsuri」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーもあわせてご確認ください。

第1条（本アプリの内容）

本アプリは、複数のパズルゲーム（Block Fit、Mahjong Tiles、Crown Plots、Arrow Out、Sweets Sort 等）と週ごとのリーグ戦をオフラインで楽しめるパズル集アプリです。基本機能は無料で利用でき、アプリ内では広告を表示します。

第2条（対象年齢・利用できる方）

  1. 本アプリは 13 歳以上の方（および Google Play ストアに表示される対象年齢区分を満たす方）を対象としており、13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。対象年齢未満の方は利用できません。
  2. 未成年の方が本アプリを利用する場合は、親権者その他の法定代理人の同意を得たうえで利用してください。

第3条（データの保存）

パズルの進行状況、スコア、リーグ順位、プロフィールアイコン、ニックネームなどのデータは、利用者の端末の中にだけ保存され、当方のサーバーには保存されません。端末の故障・紛失、アプリのアンインストール、データ消去等によりデータが失われた場合、当方は復元できません。

第4条（広告）

  1. 本アプリでは、Google の広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示します。広告には、ゲームの区切りに表示される全画面広告（インタースティシャル広告）と、利用者が自分で選んで視聴するとゲーム内特典（ヒント、手数の追加、コンティニューなど）が得られる動画広告（リワード広告）があります。
  2. 広告の配信、効果の計測、および不正の防止のため、Google AdMob により広告 ID（Android の広告 ID）、IP アドレス、端末・アプリの情報、広告の表示・操作記録等が取得・利用されます。
  3. 欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイス等の対象地域の利用者には、Google の同意管理プラットフォーム（User Messaging Platform / UMP）による同意確認画面が表示され、アプリ内の「設定 › 広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも同意の選択を変更できます。また、Android 端末の設定から広告 ID のリセットやパーソナライズ広告の制限が可能です。
  4. 本アプリ内に表示される広告の内容、および広告から遷移する外部サイト・商品・サービス等は、各広告主の責任において提供されるものです。当方は広告の内容の正確性、有用性、安全性等について一切の責任を負いません。
  5. リワード広告の視聴によって付与されるゲーム内の特典（報酬）は、本アプリ内でのみ有効なものです。現金、金券、他サービスのポイント等への換金・交換や、第三者への譲渡・売買はできません。

第5条（料金・アプリ内購入）

現在の版には有料のアプリ内購入はありません。将来、Google Play の課金機能を利用した有料アイテム等を追加する場合は、Google Play を通じて決済を行い、返金は Google Play の返金ポリシーに従い、購入時と同じ Google アカウントによる購入済みの復元機能を提供します。

第6条（知的財産権）

本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれるプログラム、パズル問題・ステージデータ、UI デザイン、イラスト、画像、音楽、効果音、文章その他の素材に関する著作権・商標権・その他一切の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。本規約に基づく本アプリの利用は、利用者に対するこれらの権利の譲渡を意味するものではありません。

第7条（禁止事項）

本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為を禁止します。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
  2. 本アプリのプログラムやセーブデータ・スコアの不正改造、改変、解析、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、リバースエンジニアリングを行う行為
  3. チートツール、自動化プログラム、不具合（バグ）の意図的な悪用など、当方が想定しない不正な方法で本アプリを操作する行為
  4. 広告の表示・クリック・リワード付与の仕組みを不正に操作・妨害する行為、または不正な広告操作を行う行為
  5. 当方または第三者のサーバー・ネットワークに不正にアクセスし、または過度な負荷をかける行為
  6. 本アプリ内の素材・パズルデータ・画像・文章・プログラム等を、当方の許可なく転載・再配布・販売・商用利用する行為
  7. その他、本アプリの運営を妨げる行為、または当方が不適切と判断する行為

第8条（免責事項）

  1. 当方は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます）がないこと、およびすべての端末で正常に動作することを保証しません。
  2. 本アプリの利用、または利用できなかったことにより利用者に生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。ただし、当方の故意または重大な過失による場合はこの限りではありません。
  3. 消費者契約法その他の法令により当方が損害賠償責任を負う場合であっても、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、当方の賠償責任は利用者に直接かつ現実に生じた通常の損害に限り、かつ利用者が当方に支払った本アプリの対価の総額（無料でご利用の場合は 1,000 円）を上限とします。

第9条（本アプリの変更・中断・終了）

当方は、事前の告知のうえ（やむを得ない場合は事前の通知なく）、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を一時中断もしくは終了することがあります。

第10条（本規約の変更）

当方は、民法の定型約款の規定に基づき、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、変更後の規約の内容および効力発生日を本ページへの掲載その他適切な方法でお知らせします。効力発生日以降に本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第11条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本アプリまたは本規約に関して紛争が生じた場合は、当方の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所または簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Puzzle Matsuri — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Android application "Puzzle Matsuri" (the "App") provided by Nagi Lab ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

1. The App

Puzzle Matsuri is an offline puzzle game collection (including Block Fit, Mahjong Tiles, Crown Plots, Arrow Out, and Sweets Sort) with a weekly league. Core gameplay is free and supported by advertisements.

2. Eligibility and Age Rating

  1. The App is intended for users aged 13 and over (and who meet the age rating shown on Google Play) and is not directed to children under 13.
  2. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, please obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian before using the App.

3. Local Data Storage

Your puzzle progress, scores, league standing, profile icon, and nickname are stored only on your device. We do not store your gameplay data on our servers and cannot recover data lost due to uninstallation, clearing app data, or device loss/damage.

4. Advertising

  1. The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including full-screen interstitial ads shown at breaks between games and optional rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch for in-game bonuses (such as hints, extra moves, or continues).
  2. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google AdMob collects and processes the Android Advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interaction events.
  3. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and can change their choice at any time from Settings › "Ad privacy settings" in the App. You can also reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings.
  4. All advertised content, products, and third-party services are the sole responsibility of the respective advertisers. We make no warranties and assume no liability regarding third-party ads.
  5. Any in-game bonuses or rewards obtained by watching rewarded ads are valid only within the App, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties.

5. In-App Purchases

The current version of the App does not include paid in-app purchases. If paid items are added in the future via Google Play Billing, payments will be processed by Google Play, refunds will follow Google Play's policies, and purchases will be restorable via the same Google account.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest (including copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) in and to the App—including its code, puzzle levels, UI design, graphics, music, sound effects, and text—belong to Nagi Lab or its licensors.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

  1. Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
  2. Modifying, tampering with, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the App, its save data, or scores.
  3. Using cheats, automation tools, bots, or intentionally exploiting bugs.
  4. Manipulating, spoofing, or interfering with ad display, clicks, or rewarded ad mechanisms.
  5. Gaining unauthorized access to or placing excessive load on our or third-party servers or networks.
  6. Reproducing, redistributing, selling, or commercially exploiting the App or its puzzle data/assets without our prior permission.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  1. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.
  2. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
  3. Where our liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other mandatory laws (excluding willful misconduct or gross negligence), our total liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages, up to the total amount you paid for the App (or 1,000 JPY if you use the App free of charge).

9. Changes and Termination of the App

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of Nagi Lab in the first instance.
